Work scheduled around the school calendar
The best time for repairs is when students are away. Summer, winter break and spring break give maintenance teams a window to tackle bigger lists. We can plan work for those periods, and the earlier you share your list, the easier it is to fit your timeline.
Our regular hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8 to 4. For other times, ask us. We also take on smaller repairs during the school year, working in areas away from students whenever possible.
Doors, lockers and hardware
Doors and lockers get abuse that most buildings never see. We repair and replace door hardware, hinges and closers, and adjust doors that stick or slam. Locker doors that no longer latch, bent hinges and loose hardware are repairs we can look at.
For security hardware such as access control systems, ask us whether the specific work fits our scope.
- Door hardware, hinges and closers
- Locker door and hinge repair
- Cabinet and shelving repair
- Trim and baseboard replacement
Walls, floors and classrooms
Hallway walls collect scuffs, dents and holes. We patch drywall and repaint, matching colors where we can. In classrooms, we mount whiteboards, screens and shelving, and we replace light fixtures and switches.
Flooring in entries and hallways wears down quickly. We repair or replace damaged areas and fix trip hazards. For any safety-related repair item, your school or district sets the standards, and we follow your direction on scope.
A vendor that makes the process easy
We understand that schools often need clear quotes for approval. Estimates are free and pricing is upfront, with no hidden fees. Ask us about the documents you need for your approval process, and we will tell you what we can provide.
We are bonded, BBB Accredited and a 2024 Community's Choice Award winner in the Best of the Desert, East Valley program, and every job is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Call (623) 521-0111.
Classrooms, offices and common areas
Every part of a campus has its own wear pattern. Classrooms need mounting and shelving. Front offices need to look welcoming. Gyms and cafeterias take heavy use. Restrooms and hallways see constant traffic. We can look at your list by area and organize the work so that a section is finished before we move to the next.
Whether you have a handful of repairs or a long summer list, send the details and we will tell you what we can take on and how we would approach it. Safety-related items should always be flagged to us so we can prioritize them with you.
“We've had Nathan do several projects for us: installing a ceiling fan, changing out a vanity with a single sink to a dual, and changing a window into a sliding door and all of them were done very professionally with amazing attention to detail. I highly...”
