Facilities lists tend to grow: a loose door closer, a scuffed wall, a monitor that needs mounting, a ceiling tile with a stain. Rather than juggling vendors, send us the list. We review it, price it up front and work through it.
If you are moving into a new space or finishing a build-out, we can also help with the final punch list items that keep the office from feeling finished.

Mounting, partitions and ceilings
We mount TVs, monitors, shelving and display screens, and we locate studs or use proper anchors for the wall type. For partitions and drywall, we patch damage cleanly and match paint so repairs do not stand out.
Ceiling tiles that are stained or cracked can make an otherwise nice office look neglected. We can replace damaged tiles, and if a stain points to a leak, we can look at water damage repair as well. For anything beyond our scope, we will tell you.
Recurring visits and scheduling
Many offices benefit from regular maintenance visits, where a list is collected and handled together. This keeps small items from piling up and reduces emergency calls. Ask us how recurring visits could work for your office.
We can plan around meetings and busy periods. Tell us when your space is quiet, and we will do our best to schedule the work then. Our regular hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8 to 4.

Move-ins, move-outs and office changes
Offices change often. Teams grow, floor plans shift and leases end. We help with the physical side of those changes: removing and rehanging wall items, patching holes left by mounted equipment, repainting rooms, replacing damaged doors or hardware and getting a space ready for the next occupant.
If you are moving out of a space and need to restore it to a good condition, send us the lease requirements or the landlord's list and we will price what falls within our trades. If you are moving in, we can handle the little jobs that make a new office functional, such as mounting monitors, hanging wall items and assembling furniture. Tell us your move date, and ask us how we can fit the work around it.
