Step 1: Contact us
Call (623) 521-0111. Tell us what needs to be done and where the property is. Our hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8 to 4. You can also request a quote through our website.
Step 2: Free estimate with upfront pricing
We look at the details, ask a few questions and give you an estimate. Estimates are free, and our pricing is upfront with no hidden fees. For some jobs a photo is enough, and for others we may need to see the space. We will tell you which applies.
Step 3: Schedule the work
Once you approve the estimate, we agree on a time that works. Ask us about scheduling around your needs, such as business hours, tenants or family. We will confirm the plan before we arrive.
Step 4: The work and the walkthrough
We complete the work, keep the area tidy and walk through the result with you. If we find something unexpected, we tell you before changing the plan or the price. When you are satisfied, the job is done. If something is not right, our 100% satisfaction guarantee means we will go the extra mile to rectify it.
How to prepare for your visit
A few small steps make the visit go faster and keep the price accurate. Clear the area where we will be working if you can, and let us know about anything we should be careful around, such as pets, fragile items or a sleeping shift worker. If the job involves water, tell us where your shutoff valves are. If it involves a wall or ceiling, tell us about any history of leaks or earlier repairs.
You do not need to buy materials ahead of time. We will talk through what is needed, what you may want to choose yourself, such as a faucet, light fixture or paint color, and what we can supply.
How we price a job
We look at what the work involves, how much time and skill it takes, what materials are needed and what it takes to leave the area clean. We then give you the price before we start. If something unexpected turns up, such as damage behind a wall, we stop and tell you before anything is added. You decide whether to go ahead.
This is the reason we ask for details and photos at the start. The more accurate the first conversation, the closer the first price is to the final one.
Working with property managers, landlords and businesses
If you manage a property, the process is the same with a few additions. We can work from a list, coordinate with tenants or staff, and schedule around business hours. Tell us what documentation you need and we will tell you what we can provide.
When a job is bigger than a handyman visit
Some problems need a specialist, such as major electrical work, gas lines, structural changes or a roof. We tell you plainly when that is the case, because it saves you from paying for the wrong fix. If part of a job is in our scope, we will do that part and point you to the right person for the rest.
“Nathan did an amazing job switching the closet door hinges on my master closet to maximize my space and the work looks great! Will definitely be using him again as he has a wide scope of expertise”
