If you work in drywall, plumbing repair, electrical fixtures and devices, carpentry, painting, flooring, doors and windows or general handyman repair, we would like to hear from you. Reliability and care for the customer matter as much as skill.

What it is like to work with us
Charme and Sons is a small local, family company that began with carpentry and repairs of all kinds and grew by doing careful work for homeowners, landlords and businesses. We value people who show up on time, explain things clearly, respect customers' homes and take pride in the finished job. Work is varied, from small repairs to larger projects, and it requires thinking on your feet.
What we look for
Skill matters, but so do reliability and attitude. We look for people who:
- Have hands-on experience in one or more trades
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
- Keep a work area clean and protect the customer's property
- Are honest about what they know and what they do not
- Own their work and want it to hold up
