Scheduling that protects patient care
Noise, dust and strangers in the hallway do not belong in a patient area. We plan repairs around your schedule, and where possible, around times when the office is closed or quiet. Our standard hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8 to 4. For after-hours scheduling, ask us what is possible.
Before we start, we confirm the scope, the work area and any rooms we should avoid. We keep the work contained and clean up when we finish.
Quiet, clean repair work
Drywall patching and painting can be done neatly with attention to dust control, and we match paint so patched walls blend in. We know that patients form an impression within seconds of walking in, and visible damage affects that impression.
We do not provide medical, infection-control or regulatory guidance. If your office has specific cleaning or compliance requirements for contractors, tell us in advance and we will work within them as far as we can.

Doors, ceilings and walls
Doors take constant use in a medical office. Exam room doors, restroom doors and entry doors can develop loose hinges, failing latches or sticking. We repair and replace door hardware and adjust doors so they close and latch properly.
Stained or damaged ceiling tiles are common and noticeable. We replace them. Wall protection matters too, since gurneys, carts and chairs scuff and gouge walls. We repair the damage and can talk about protective options such as bumpers or rails. Ask us what works for your space.

Waiting rooms, exam rooms and first impressions
Patients read a lot into the condition of an office. Chipped paint, loose baseboards and a dripping faucet send a message that is hard to undo. We help keep public spaces, exam rooms and staff areas looking cared for, with repairs that blend in rather than draw attention.
Tell us which rooms are most visible to patients and which can be tackled first. We can work in phases so that only part of the office is affected at once. For accessibility features such as handrails and grab bars, we can install them securely, but the requirements that apply to your building are set by the relevant authorities, and you or your designer should confirm what is needed.
“We really appreciated the work that Nathan did for us. He did a great job! He was recommended by a neighbor who was impressed by him also.”
